Second Place – The Future is Fun

A holistic lifestyle modification programme that activates the self, social and environment with a three step approach (get curious, get moving and keep going) using social gamification to make fitness stick. There will be three types of challenges: goal setting by peer or family, group fitness gaming challenge where winner takes all and social dare where individuals dare their friends and family to complete challenges that they had just achieved. A chat bot will accompany the solution in between activities. The target audience are working adults aged 20-30 who are physically inactive.
